TRAPGEWAS

"Young designers create something very natural with just a few elements"

  Eindhovens Dagblad, June 26, 2009

TRAPGEWAS is the winning design for the entrance of the Rembrandt, an appartment building in de city centre of Eindhoven.

The staircase, mailboxes, lighting and the fence are integrated as one "smooth and growing" entrance.

The mailboxes in different green shades are draped like leafs around the stair railing and continues to grow into the entrance gate shaped as a giant "nest" referring to the 78 homes behind the gate.

In the private garden we placed custom designed furniture, a fence and an "industrial" plant.
