An overall concept design for the transformation of an office into a residential building with 68 apartments, situated in the city centre of Eindhoven.

We were asked to transform the office atmosphere into a cosy home feeling. Because sustainability was very important, many of the original elements were retained.

We have designed an overall concept for all common spaces and signing: 

naming, graphic expressions and routing, custom furniture outside and indoors, unique printed carpets, post boxes, colour plan and interior design.
